EPCC does not guarantee specific business, financial, professional, personal, leadership, career, marketing, sales, or other outcomes.

 

Results depend on many factors, including your participation, implementation, decisions, effort, timing, market conditions, experience, and circumstances.

 

Testimonials, case examples, or client experiences are not guarantees that you will achieve the same results.

FORMS, APPLICATIONS, AND ASSESSMENTS

Submitting a form does not guarantee acceptance, enrollment, approval, availability, a speaking engagement, a podcast appearance, or any other business relationship.

 

EPCC reserves the right to review, accept, decline, or request additional information regarding any application or inquiry.

 

APPOINTMENTS AND SCHEDULING

 

Some EPCC services may use scheduling platforms provided by Wix, GrowthHub365, or other third-party systems.

 

Submitting a scheduling request or selecting an available time does not create a binding engagement beyond the specific service or appointment confirmed through the applicable platform.EPCC may reschedule or cancel appointments when reasonably necessary.

 

PROFESSIONAL SPEAKING INQUIRIES

 

Submitting a Professional Speaking Inquiry does not confirm Dr. Rose M. White’s availability, acceptance, speaking fee, travel requirements, or participation in an event.

 

Speaking engagements are confirmed only after EPCC and the requesting organization agree to the applicable terms, scope, schedule, compensation, travel arrangements, and other requirements.

 

PROGRAMS, COURSES, AND TRAINING

 

Program access, course participation, training, workshops, academies, labs, cohorts, and other EPCC offerings may be subject to additional enrollment policies, participation requirements, refund policies, payment terms, or program-specific agreements.

 

When program-specific terms are provided, those terms apply in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

 

DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND THIRD-PARTY COMMERCE

 

EPCC may offer digital products, courses, workbooks, templates, books, recordings, or other resources through third-party commerce platforms, including Payhip.

 

Purchases made through third-party platforms are also subject to the terms, payment procedures, and privacy practices of those platforms.

 

EPCC does not directly control third-party payment processing systems.
